EVERY CLIENT IS ALSO PROVIDED FREE ASSISTANCE FROM ONE OF OUR QUALIFIED APARTMENT LOCATORS. WE DO NOT HAVE PAGES OF FINE PRINT OUTLINING WAYS WE CAN AVOID DOING WHAT WE ADVERTISE. Qualification Guidelines:

• You must lease at a property found on our website, via our online apartment-locating search tool, or at a property recommended by one of the members of our Rentbirminghamtoday.com apartment relocation team.

• You must either view the community with the assistance of a Rentbirminghamtoday.com relocation agent or have prescheduled your appointment to view via our online scheduling form. Rentbirminghamtoday.com is not responsible for "lost" appointment requests. We provide confirmation on all hold requests and scheduled appointments. If you have any doubt your form has been received or if you wish to "double verify" your request, we encourage you to contact us at 205-588-4600, and we will be happy to provide verbal confirmation.

• You must sign at least a standard 12 month lease to qualify for the full reward/rebate amount. Shorter leases may qualify depending on the property. Email us for details if you are needing a 6-11 month lease. Sorry, NONE of the apartments listed are offered on a month to month basis.

• You must not have had a previous contact/relationship with the property in the past (60) days.

• You must have never lived at the property where you lease.

• You must provide the same name when you schedule your appointment that will be used when you sign the lease.

• You must not list any other names/companies as referring sources when viewing the property.

Reward/Rebate Redemption:

• All reward/rebate requests must be submitted within 60 days of move-in. Claims can be completed by phone:205-588-4600, fax:205-588-4700 or  online: via our claim reward form found HERE.

• Rentbirminghamtoday.com only allows 1 reward/rebate per apartment leased. In the case of roommates, only the first claim will be processed. Secondary requests will be denied.

• All reward/rebate claims are subject to verification by the community leased.

• Client move-ins are verified on the 25th day of each month.

• Submissions received by the 24th will qualify for same month verification. Submissions received on or after the 25th will be processed and verified the following month.

• Verified reward/rebates will be mailed out the 1st day of each subsequent month.
