If you are planning on submitting an application, most communities will require an application fee and income verification. The hold request process is simple. When you request to hold an apartment an alert is sent to our agency asking for a confirmation of availability. If the unit is available at the time of the request, a temporary hold will be placed and you will be contacted to complete the scheduling of your tour. If the unit you requested is unavailable, you will be notified and optional units will be provided. Although there is no obligation to lease the unit held, the amount of time we can place on a non-deposit hold is EXTREMELY limited.
